• 2025 TOC Golf Outing Registration

  • This year's event is Monday, May 12 at Suite Shots in Fargo, ND - rain or shine. Golfers and non-golfers alike are invited to attend.

    Anticipate starting at noon and concluding around 5 pm. An on-site lunch and two drink tickets are included, plus you could win a door prize!

  • Golfer Registration

    Please complete the registration information for each golfer. If requesting to golf on a team, list all teammates below. Registration is required for each golfer. Each teammate can submit their own registration or you can register & pay the fees for the entire team. Payment information is submitted on a following page.

  • Door Prizes and Drink Sponsorships

    You can select multiple options.

  • Thank you for providing a door prize. Your company name will be publicized as a sponsor on the on-site information. Please bring your door prize item(s) to Suite Shots the morning of the event to turn in at the event check-in table.

  • Thank you for sponsoring the drink tickets. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the tickets and publicized as the sponsor. An invoice will be emailed to the person completing this registration form. Payment by check is preferred.  

  • If you don't have an answer right now or change your mind and want to provide a door prize, please notify donnathiel@redrivercomm.com by May 7 to be included on the on-site information.

  • Registration Fee:     $90.00 per golfer including lunch and two drink tickets

                       

    Cancellation policy:         

    Cancellations received prior to May 1 will be refunded less a $15 fee.

    Cancellations received after May 1 will not be refunded. Substitutions may be emailed to donnathiel@redrivercomm.com.
