Registration: $115.00 per golfer includes a boxed lunch and two drink tickets
Registration is due by April 22 in order to coordinate the number of golf carts and meals needed.
Please complete the registration information for each golfer. If requesting to golf with specific individuals as a team, list all teammates below. Note that listing someone as a teammate DOES NOT REGISTER them for the golf outing. Registration is required for each golfer. Each teammate can submit their own registration or you can register & pay the fees for the entire team. Payment information is submitted on a following page.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received prior to April 22 will be refunded less a $10 fee.
Cancellations received after April 22 will not be refunded. Substitutions may be emailed to donnathiel@redrivercomm.com.
