Delano Assurance is intended to make the process simple. During the first 12-months, if your FZN Composite Core™ bat breaks or develops cracks or end-cap issues from normal intended use, we will replace it. Once you submit your claim, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your bat to us so that we can replace it. The full warranty terms and conditions can be found here.
