Overview

The North Texas Food Bank recognizes gardens are an important resource in the community and supports the great work they do. Interested community gardens are encouraged to consider participating as NTFB Partner Gardens. See below for more information.

Expectations

The Partner Garden agrees to:

Donate at least 10% of pounds harvested to NTFB feeding programs. Partner Gardens must provide monthly reports of donated pounds.
Provide at least one partner garden contact and one partner agency (food pantry) contact.
Notify NTFB of any media coverage related to Partner Garden donations and NTFB partnership
Garden site visit with NTFB staff member when first joining program and on an as-needed basis

North Texas Food Bank will provide:

Garden resources, as available from donations or funding
Free visibility on the NTFB website.
Annual Partner Garden Manager event
NTFB Garden Coordinator as free garden resource for questions and assistance
