     Rules & Regulations 

  • When selecting the Exhibitor Hall Tabletop, Opening or Closing Ceremony Sponsorship, Congress T-Shirt Sponsorship, or the Photo Booth Sponsorship, included with those selections only is:

    • One (1) complimentary Full Congress Registration
    • One (1) complimentary Vendor Hall Only badge (which includes breakfasts and breaks)
      • Vendor Hall Only badge does not include lunches, receptions, or educational sessions

    The following Add-On purchases will also be available when selecting one of these opportunities:

    • Vendor Hall Badge Add On - Welcome Reception (+$75)
    • Vendor Hall Badge Add-On - Saturday Lunch (+$60)
    • Vendor Hall Badge Add-On - Sunday Lunch (+$60)
    • Full Guest Pass Add-On (+$200)
      • Full Guest Pass includes welcome reception, Saturday and Sunday lunch, and education sessions

    For selecting the Opening or Closing Ceremony, Congress T-Shirt, or Photo Booth Sponsosorship, you can also indicate below if you would like to include a Complimentary Exhibitor Tabletop. To include the tabletop you MUST select the appropriate option in the dropdown for those specific opportunities.

                                                    This application hereby serves as your exhibitor/sponsorship agreement.  Once received by NOAN staff, you will be contacted regarding the availability of the items selected. Should you have any questions, you may contact Connie Rhea connie@orthonurse.org 

                                                    Next steps:

                                                    • Receive confirmation from NAON to confirm your requests
                                                    • Select Tabletop location (if applicable)
                                                    • Invoiced by preference from above. The full payment amount is due upon receipt.
                                                    • Review of the NAON Rules and Regulations and Cancellation Policy
                                                    • Submit your high-resolution logo in .jpeg or .png format to connie@orthonurse.org if not provided above
                                                    • Keep a copy for your records

                                                    The Rules & Regulations are part of the NAON Congress Agreement for Exhibit Space and/or Sponsorship.  These should be read carefully before signing below.  Please also be sure to forward thess Rules & Regulations to anyone assocated directly with your exhibit space and/or selected sponsorship for NAON’s 45th Annual Congress.

                                                    Upon signing and submitting this agreement, the exhibitor and/or sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understand and will abide by the conditions stated in the Rules & Regulations for NAON’s 45th Annual Congress.
