    Notes:

    The theme this year is JUNGLE! We ask that each camper wears any animal prints or dress up as their favorite jungle animal for each camp day! On the final day of camp which is Thursday June 12th, each camper will wear their camp shirt that they will get on wednesday with black shorts! Snacks will be provided for each camp day.

    You can submit your payment through this link or you may submit a check on the first day of camp at check in! Checks can be made out to WHS ABC

  • Camp Fee (Camp Shirt and snacks included) : $120 before June 1st

    $140 after June 1st (provide check on the first day of camp)

     

    GCSD Employees - check GCSD for a discounted rate! Must bring valid GCSD ID at check in!

    If you have more than one Camper, check the box for a disocunted rate!

    $90 for GCSD Employees and per siblings 

  • Acknowledgment, Authorization, and Waiver

  • This camper has my authorization to engage in the activities of the ABC Camp program.

    I allow taking photography of this camper that can be used for Camp ABC portfolio or advertising.

    I authorized ABC Camp to apply judgment in regards to medical assistance in the event of an accident, injury, or illness if they are unable to contact the parent/guardian. I allow them to apply first aid, medical or surgical diagnosis and treatment as necessary.

    I allow ABC Camp to provide or administer the medication or supervise in self-administration.

    I release ABC Camp and any of its coaches, staff, and manager for any responsibility in case of accident, illness, or injury during this camper's enrollment.
