2026 Miss Missouri Show-Me Stars Enrollment Form
The Miss Missouri Show-Me Stars program offers girls ages 5–12 the chance to be mentored by a Miss Missouri or Miss Missouri’s Outstanding Teen titleholder during the Miss Missouri State Competition, held June 10–13, 2026, in Mexico, Missouri.

Please have form of payment and digital head shot ready before starting enrollment. Read all required areas and check responses before submitting. Please try to have all of the information updated and completed before submitting

  Request for a Miss or Teen will be prioritized by submission date of complete enrollment (forms, photo, and payment) on a first come, first serve basis. This pairing will be done by the Miss Missouri Board chair committee, not by local directors. Please contact the Miss Missouri Show-Me Star contacts with any questions or concerns.
  
  NOTE: We will strive to repeat existing partnerships for mentoring purposes, unless a change is requested. Pairings cannot be guaranteed until all local competitions are completed. The Show-Me Stars team will send a welcome email in April 2026 with competition and pairing updates.

- Pricing
  
  Participation Fee – $400.00
  
  This annual, all-inclusive fee covers the program book, participant sash, two tickets to each phase of competition during competition week, a photo in the program book, and any t-shirts or props needed for performances. It also includes a special activity with each participant’s Miss or Teen mentor.
  
  Crown Fee – $50.00
  
  All participants are required to have the current Show-Me Star crown. This is the same crown used during the 2025 state competition. You only need to purchase a crown if you do not already have one, it is the previous crown, or your crown is damaged.
  
  Please note: The correct crown is the full crown with four pink stones. This is not the tiara used at local competitions.
  
  Family Discount
  
  Families with more than one participating Show-Me Star will receive a 5% discount. This discount is automatically applied.
  
  Performance Attire
  
  Performance attire varies each year based on the production theme. You may be asked to bring simple items such as black shorts or white socks. Any specific novelty items—such as production shirts, hair bows, or lanyards—are included in the participation fee and will be distributed during competition week.
  
  Additional Events and Expenses
  
  Show-Me Stars participants and their families are responsible for purchasing their own tickets to optional after-parties, luncheons, or other special events if they choose to attend. These additional tickets can be purchased during pageant week. Participants and families are also responsible for their own meals, transportation, and lodging unless otherwise specified in the schedule.

  There will be a mandatory parent's meeting prior to the Show-Me Stars check-in during competition week. Your complementary competition tickets will be distributed to you during this time. You will be required to participate in some rehearsals (daytime) during competition week.
  
  Each year, the Show-Me Stars program offers a special activity intended for mentoring and bonding between Miss or Teen Contestant and Show-Me Star (luncheon, talent show, art activity, etc.). The 2026 activity is contingent on competition schedule and is included in the enrollment fee. More information will be passed along to you as it becomes available.

- 2026 Miss Missouri Show-Me Stars Program Waiver and Agreement of Indemnity
  
  In consideration of permitting the undersigned ("Indemnitor") to occupy or utilize space in and on the Missouri Military Academy, (license area) for the purpose of the 2026 Miss Missouri Scholarship Competition. Indemnitor hereby agrees with and the Miss Missouri Scholarship Competition and staff as follows:
  
  1. Indemnitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless owners and aforementioned competition and its and their agents and servants, from and against any all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the licensed are by Indemnitor and other Indemnitor and any other occupant or user of all or any part of licensed area, and its and their agents, servant contractors, and employees. If any action or proceeding is brought against Owner or Competition listed or its or their agents to defend such actions or proceedings at its own expense by counsel satisfactory to owner.
  
  2. It is agreed that neither Owner nor Competition listed nor its and their agents and servants shall be liable to Indemnitor or to the occupant or user of all or any part of the Licensed are for theft, loss or damage to its and their property in the licensed are cause thereof and even though the same may have been caused or resulted in whole or in part by or from the negligent act or omission of owner or competition listed or its or their claims against owner and competition listed and its and their agents and servants with respect thereto.
  
  3. Hereby submitting my Daughter's application, we agree to conduct ourselves at all times in a professional manner as to not embarrass our daughter or the Miss Missouri Scholarship Organization. We will ensure that our daughter will always conduct herself in the proper manner.
  
  Miss Missouri Scholarship Organization Show-Me Stars PUBLICITY RELEASE I HEREBY GIVE THE Miss Missouri Scholarship Organization permission to use my daughter's picture(s) and name for publicity in newspapers, pamphlets, TV, radio, internet (all social media outlets) and website.
