Sports Camp/VBS/Community Outreach
Volunteer Enrollment Form (the information listed below is for team members traveling with Victory Sports). Kershaw County volunteers will not pay the mission trip fee and can click "pay later" when exiting the form.
Dates: July 6-11
Mission Trip Fees: Individual: $100; Immediate Family: (two)- $200; each additional family member: $75; 1st to 6th grade (completed): $50 per child; Children under 1st grade: $25; Family maximum- $550. Your mission trip fee helps with camp funding. Fees include team shirts and required individual liability insurance.
Volunteers: Families, Adults, & Students who have completed 7th grade.
Note to volunteers with children:
Students who have completed 7th grade & above should complete separate online volunteer forms—complete the camper online form for children who have completed the 1st-6th grade (note- do not select camper fee since children are included in mission trip fees listed above). Email vso@comporium.net to see if childcare is provided for children who have not completed the 1st grade.
