2024 Professional Development Awards Application

For your application you will need:

1. A clear plan of the activities you wish to pursue for your professional development.

2. A cost breakdown and timeline for this plan.

3. Links to three relevant examples of your work (songs, videos, compositions, audio-visual works, showreels etc).

4. Your APRA member number. (Please email nz@apra.co.nz or call 0800 69 2772 to connect with member services if you do not know your member number)

5. A brief biography and photograph for print

By submitting an application to the Professional Development Awards, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Please note: The awards are not intended to fund major recording or touring activities or the purchase of gear or equipment.

- Previous winners of an APRA Professional Development Award are not eligible to apply.
- Members cannot enter both the Australian and NZ Professional Development Awards, but must choose which territory to enter under according to their residential status outlined above.
- APRA AMCOS NZ employees (and members of their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
- All applicants are expected to adhere to APRA AMCOS Statement of Expectations
