  • Please note that upon a approved application, a deposit for the service you'd like to book for will be required. Your appointment will not be confirmed and kept on my books until the deposit is paid in full and a card is on file. This deposit goes towards your total service amount. If you cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or no show the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. In addition, all clients are required to have a card on file. All cancellations must be within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee directly to the card put on file when booking. If the card declines you'll be banned from booking until the fee is paid in full. Clients are allowed a five minute grace period to arrive to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after five minutes of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged a late cancellation fee and will have to then reschedule. Any no call, no-show will be charged 100% of the service they had booked to the card on file and will be banned from making future appointments until their fee is paid in full.
