Boulder County Employees Union (BCEU - CWA) Bargaining Survey
Please fill out this bargaining survey and spread the word to your coworkers. It is important that each person share their priorities on working conditions, wages and benefits for our upcoming union negotiations. The elected union bargaining council will set priorities based on feedback from this survey and negotiate with management on our behalf. The bargaining council will be nominated and elected from each department in secret ballot elections. After negotiations are complete, the resulting agreement must be approved through a vote of our union membership before the contract can go into effect. The information you share here is strictly confidential and will never be shared with management.
