    Participant Application

  • The Asian Festival will be held at Hemisfair Park on Saturday, May 24 11AM-5PM.

    We are excited to invite performers, artists, vendors, and volunteers to apply to participate in this year's festival! Whether you are interested in showcasing your talent or sharing your cultural heritage, the Asian Festival is the perfect platform for you to do so!

    Due to the high volume of applications we receive, please note that completing this application does NOT guarantee a spot in the festival. Please do NOT submit multiple applications for the same category - once applications have been submitted, answers cannot be changed, so please be sure to check your answers before submitting. Our team will review each application thoroughly and follow up with a festival package to those who are selected.

    • Vendor Fee: $500

      Only one vendor per space, please.

      Food Booth 

      Fee includes 10' x 20' space and electricity hook up, if needed. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth/tent (required), tables, chairs, equipment, and signage. 

      Food Truck

      Fee includes a dedicated location for the food truck.

      Single Space

      Vendor Fee: $250 per space

      Fee includes 10' x 10' space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent (required), tables, chairs, equipment, and signage. Multiple spaces may be purchased.

    • When choosing your performance duration, please remember that your performance will need to fill the entirety of the timeslot chosen and must stay within your time limit. 

      Also, please note that all performance/martial arts groups must participate in the opening parade - at minimum 2 representatives from your group.

    • EDUCATIONAL BOOTHS

    • A 10' x 10' space will be provided. There are no fees for educational booths, but you will need to provide your own tent (required), tables, and chairs. You will need to have some sort of educational aspect at your booth; if you are wanting to advertise your business, please choose the "Exhibition" option.

      You will not be allowed to sell any product at your booth, but you may accept donations. 

    • EXHIBITION / PROMOTION / ADVERTISING BOOTH

    • Vendor Fee: $500

      You will be provided a 10' x 10' space to advertise and promote your business. You will not be allowed to sell product and you may not accept donations. Giveaways are permitted. You must bring your own tent, tables, and chairs. 

    • FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER

    • Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the festival! We welcome various groups to volunteer, such as Scouting Troops, corporate groups, and non-profit organizations. We can grant our volunteers community service hours, if requested.

    • APPLICATION SUBMISSION 
    • Please double check your answers before submitting your application - you will not be able to edit your application once it has been submitted. Please do NOT send in duplicate entries.
