By requesting our services to prepare an amended tax return for the purpose of addressing the 810 refund freeze, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Filing an amended return does not guarantee a refund or any specific outcome. The IRS will review the amended return, and the final decision is at their sole discretion. Please also understand that the IRS processing time for amended returns can range from 16 to 72 weeks or longer, and we have no control over their timeline. Amending your return will not remove any fees or penalties associated with frivolous returns or prior inaccuracies. Payment for our services are due upfront and must be paid in full before any work will begin. An invoice will be provided, and work will not commence until the payment is received. Additionally, it is your responsibility to provide us with any letters or notices you receive from the IRS regarding your amendment.
