PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE REGISTERING.
Organizer Responsibilities
- Provide a designated space for the Participant’s vehicle(s).
- Ensure a safe and organized event environment.
Participant Responsibilities
- Participant agrees to display their vehicle(s) at the event.
- Set up is 7AM-9AM. Breakdown is 1PM
- Must be set up by 9AM and remain in position until 1PM
- Participant will arrive on time for setup and remain until the designated breakdown time.
- Participant is responsible for their own vehicle’s insurance and safety during the event.
Liability
- The Participant assumes all risks associated with participating in the car show.
- The Participant takes full responsibility for their vehicle(s) and belongings during the event.
- The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer, sponsors, venue owners, and any affiliated entities from any claims, liabilities, damages, theft, or injuries arising from participation in the event.
- The participant agrees that once payment has been made, there are no refunds, unless the event is cancelled.
Photo Release
- The Participant allows the Organizer to take and use photos or videos of the vehicle(s) for promotional purposes without compensation.
Fees and Payment:
Exhibitor Fee (EARLY): $25.00 -- Registration and Payment Due By: 5/1/25.
Exhibitor Fee (DAY OF EVENT): $35.00
Cancellation Policy: Please note that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. In the rare circumstance that we need to cancel this event, we will issue a refund, minus any processing fees that have been accrued.
