Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is accepting catering proposals to provide dinner and appetizers for our Annual Awards Banquet at Legacy Acres on Thursday, March 12, 2026.
Details
We are looking to serve 325 plated meals within a small timeframe. Please include appetizers to be served during the social hour. Please include in the quote the total price for the meal, the appetizers (upscale grazing table for social hour) carafes of tea and water at each table, and staffing for table setup (salads, drinks, etc at tables), serving each plated meal to seated guests, and any cleanup needed for the catering services. Social hour will begin at 5pm. Dinner service should begin by 6:15pm. Please consider the theme of Vintage Las Vegas. We are open to many ideas but would like for the proposal to include a salad, main dish (we are hoping for a pasta this year), 2 sides, water, and tea.
