Maintenance Apprenticeship Program
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The candidate must be at least 18 years old
The candidate must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance
The candidate must pass a background check before beginning the program. The background check will search for felonies or misdemeanors against people or property within the past seven years
The candidate must commit to attending class from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Fridays during the six-week program. Classes take place at the AAMD HOME Room located at 7100 E. Belleview Ave. Suite 305, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.
The candidate must have a good understanding of the English language as the class is taught in English and must be able to communicate in English as well
The candidate must commit to working 32 hours per week Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. for the apprenticeship during the six-week program (work hours will vary depending on the needs of the apartment community).
Property placement for the apprenticeship will require the candidate to have reliable transportation and ability to commute to and from the property
