Application Deadline - May 1, 2025 or First 50 Applicants
Scholarship Amount Awarded: $500.00 every fall semester for four years.

Applicant: Current High School Seniors, residing in the City of Fort Worth.

Requirements:

- Must be a resident in the City of Fort Worth, Texas
- Provide official/unofficial high school transcript
- Must be a high school graduate by June 2025
- Provide page (1) of your parent or guardian 2023 or 2024 tax return
- Must complete essay portion
- Completed and sign application
- (2) letters of recommendations
- (OPTIONAL) Provide proof of community/volunteer hours or employment. If you choose to list community/volunteer hours or employment, please be prepared to submit proof of hours or employment.
