Junk Junktion 2025 Vendor Form

Junk Junktion Committee requires that all vendors must have some sort of vintage, antique, handmade, repurposed or specialty item in order to be a vendor, as this is a vintage market and NOT a craft fair.

Just because you have been a vendor in the past does not mean you will be guaranteed a spot for this year's event.

Saturday, September 20th from 9:00am-6:00pm with set up starting at 5:00 am.

 

"Early Bird" Goods Vendor Registration and Fee: $100 before June 1, 2025 | Due no later than 5pm to avoid paying the Regular Fee

Regular Goods Vendor Registration and Fee: $150 after June 1, 2025 | Due on or before August 16, 2025

 

"Early Bird" Food Vendor Registration and Fee: $200 before June 1, 2025 | Due no later than 5pm to avoid paying the Regular Fee

Regular Food Vendor Registration and Fee: $300 after June 1, 2025 | Due on or before August 16, 2025

 

Final applications and fees are due on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 5:00 pm to avoid loosing your vendor spot.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

• Direct sales vendors are NOT accepted during this event
• All applications will be reviewed and screened upon submission. Any vendor or item NOT approved during the application process that appears in your booth at the event may be removed
• All applications require 2-3 photographs of your product. Your application will NOT be reviewed if there are no photographs attached
• Duplication of products will be limited
• Please allow up to two weeks to process your application. An email will be sent to you to notify you of your acceptance or dismissal. Please do not send payment before approval has been given.
• Refunds will not be given under any circumstances once approval by the committee has been given. This includes vendor cancellations.
• Any application after Friday, August 15th will be charged a $15 late fee if you are accepted
• All returned checks will be charged $25
• Each vendor is responsible for collecting the State of Missouri Sales Tax and filling a report with the local Department of Revenue. Forms can be found online.
• PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional 1% sales tax in the downtown Depot District where this event is being held.
• Vendors are required to comply with City & Randolph County Merchant/Business licenses.
• All Goods booth spaces are 12x12 and are $100 per space before June 1, 2025, and $150 after June 1, 2025, and includes one festival t-shirt.
• All Food both spaces are 12x12 and are $200 per space before June 1, 2025, and $300 after June 1, 2025, and includes one festival t-shirt.
• Additional spaces may be purchased.
• Additional t-shirts may be purchased.
• Items must NOT spill out beyond the designated booth space as mapped out on the ground, this includes any sidewalks around your booth space(s) as those are used for EMS in case of emergencies.
• Vendors must supply their own equipment such as tables, chairs, props, backdrops, etc
• Public trash cans are not for Vendor use. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES, BRINGING THEIR OWN TRASH CAN & PROPERLY DISPOSING OF ITEMS. If you need access to the event dumpster we will direct you to its location. Failure to do this may disqualify you from future events.
• Electricity is NOT provided. Only QUIET generators, less than 60 decibels, are allowed. If your generator is disruptive you will be asked to turn it off and/or leave the event space.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, tear down, and restocking of items as necessary
• All vendor spaces are outside on Reed Street rain or shine. Please make plans to be in the "weather". Tents are recommended, but not required.
• Space assignments are not guaranteed. We do our best to accommodate vendor requests, but it is sometimes not possible. If there is a request you have please add it to the designated space below.
• Booth setup times and space locations will be given out 1 week before the event
• Vendors arriving late will not be allowed to park at their booth to unload. Due to traffic congestion and safety hazards, this is strictly enforced.
• You may park one car, truck, or trailer behind one booth space. For example, a truck and trailer MAY NOT park behind one space. Vehicle or trailer may not exceed 12' space. If it is bigger additional spaces will need to be purchased.

REMINDER FOR TRAILER VENDORS:

When purchasing your spot(s) please measure your trailer from hitch to ramp (if applicable). If you are wanting to leave your vehicle attached to your trailer, please measure from front bumper of that vehicle to ramp (if appricable) or to the end of your trailer. 

On event day, we will not be able to provide any additional room or spaces for unmeasured/unaccounted for length.

Payment

Payment is due upon application approval. Please do not send payment until you have been approved.

Forms of payment accepted are credit card or check.

Please make checks payable to Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce and mail to 211 W Reed Street Moberly, Missouri 65270.

 

Notice: We only accept credit card charges through the Quickbooks invoice that you will receive to the email that you have provided on this application. We do not and will not ask for your Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle information.

General Release

The undersigned does hereby discharge, release and hold harmless, the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce, Junk Junktion Committee (City of Moberly, property owners, and associations), and all co-sponsors from any and all manner of action, suits, damages, or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damages or claims, to the person or property of the undersigned while in possession or under the supervision of the sponsors during the Festival, and hereby consents to enforcement of all rules of this event. There are no rain dates. There will be NO REFUNDS if the event is canceled due to floods, tornados, or any other force of nature. The Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Junk Junktion Committee reserves the right to disqualify any vendor that causes any problems to fellow vendors or committee members. Failure to comply with regulations and rules set on the application may result in expulsion from any and all events. The Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Junk Junktion Committee reserves the right to make a final interpretation of all the rules. The undersigned understands that if this application is denied all fees will be returned by mail. If accepted, the Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Junk Junktion Committee has my permission to reproduce the submitted photographs for the purpose of marketing and advertising the Festival. The Moberly Area Chamber of Commerce Junk Junktion Committee has my permission to publish photographs or videos taken of me, my booth, and my product during the Festival for purposes related to the promotion of the Festival in the past, present, or future.
