Assalamualaikum and hi. I’m Faz. Welcome to my small homebake business. I sell cream puff, and Japanese cream puff as part of my side income.
1. Pre-order minimum 3 days (Last minute order will not be entertained).
2. Payment: full payment upon order confirmation. (No COD)
3. Pick up/ delivery: Thursday - Sunday. (No delivery on Friday)
4. Pick up/ delivery time: 9.00am - 12.30pm (week 1 and 2) or 6.30pm - 9.00pm (week 3 and 4) for the time being.
5. This is for Johor Bahru and neighboring area only.
6. Delivery through Lalamove (delivery charge varies depending on the delivery area).
7. No cancellation last minute or within 24 hours.
8. Strictly no urgent requests or deliveries within 24 hours before delivery date.
9. No refund if order is not picked up as the item is already prepared on that day.
