Because the youth attending camp this year will not be able to take pictures on their cell phones, all young women leaders have be asked to act as photographers while at camp. The pictures taken will never be labeled with the names of the individuals, and will only be posted on the Kyle Stake Facebook Page or Kyle Stake Youth Instagram Page with permission granted by the parents or guardians. We may also be using the pictures in a slideshow shown at camp. Please sign below to indicate if you will or will not grant permission to use the pictures as stated above.

Secret Sister Questionnaire

Secret Sister is a fun tradition where each camper is assigned another girl to secretly give small gifts, uplifting notes, or acts of kindness throughout the camp. The goal is to spread love and encouragement while keeping their identity a secret until the big reveal at the end of camp. It’s a way to build friendships, foster service, and create a positive, supportive atmosphere.

Code of Conduct
I give permission for my child or youth to participate in the event and activities listed above (unless noted) and authorize the adult leaders supervising this event to administer emergency treatment to the abovenamed participant for any accident or illness and to act in my stead in approving necessary medical care. This authorization shall cover this event and travel to and from this event.

The participant is responsible for his or her own conduct and is aware of and agrees to abide by Church standards, camp or event safety rules, and other pertinent instructions. Participants' conduct and interactions should abide by Church standards and exemplify Christlike behavior. Parents and participants should understand that participation in an activity is not a right but a privilege that can be revoked if they behave inappropriately or if they pose a risk to themselves or others.
