Conditions for Booking Overseas Transfers:
- Must be a register client of Drivision Australia on the RideMinder Booking Platform
- Must have a valid creditcard associted with the client profile
- The inital cost quoted is not the final quote. That will be provided once a quote has been received from the overseas operator.
- Payment must be taken from the creditcard on the profile to secure bookings overseas.
- Any extras (such as trip divertion, extra waiting time, tolls etc) will be added to the final fare as indicated by the overseas operator.
- Free cancellation upto 72 hours prior to booking time (Local Pickup time)
- Any cancellation under 72 hours will incur 100% of the quoted fee.
- Requested Pickup Times for Airport Drop Offs may be modified to ensure ample time for checkin - this will be determined by the overseas operator.
