  • The FitCamp Collective is an adult fitness/wellness retreat hosted at Camp Burgess in beautiful Sandwich, Cape Cod.

    Join us at The FitCamp Collective the evening of September 17th (by 6pm) until the morning of September 20th (leave by 10am) to learn something new about training and maybe even about yourself!

    Who is this retreat for?

        Fitness enthusiasts who:

    • Love to be outdoors
    • Like to learn new movements & methods
    • Love digging deeper to understand form & alignment
    • Are looking to build community with other like-minded people
    • Think of movement as a joy and not a chore
    • Don't take themselves too seriously and dont mind getting a little dirty

  • Each day we'll host fitness workshops taught by strength & fitness professionals who have been in the field collectively over 25 years. Choose a class each day that interests you (or attend them all!).

    We'll also have the chance to take part in classic camp activities such as canoeing, climbing tower, high ropes, and more!

    We will be staying in classic cabin-style housing. This means spaces will be shared - choose to share a cabin with friends, or opt into making new ones. we will have have co-ed and non-co-ed spaces, based on preference and comfort - we'll be in touch more about this as the date gets closer to find out preferences.

    3 nights, 3 dinners, 2 lunches, 3 breakfasts, daily fitness, daily activities, and a lifetime worth of memories!

    Expect to arrive by 6pm on Thursday, September 17th and leave no later than 10am on Sunday, September 20th

    5:30pm Arrive at camp

    6pm Dinner

    7pm - cabin assignment and "move in"

    7:30pm - movement and meet at the lodge

    8:30pm - free time until bed/a fire

    Friday, September 18th

    7am - walk/workout/yoga/sleep-in - dealers choice

    8am breakfast

    9:15am - first workshop

    10:30am - 2nd workshop

    12pm - lunch

    1pm siesta

    2pm - open water front and boat usage

    4pm - 3rd workshop

    6pm - dinner

    7:30pm - line dancing with Bailee

    Saturday, September 19th

    7am - walk/workout/yoga/sleep-in - dealers choice

    8am breakfast

    9:15am - first workshop

    10:30am - 2nd workshop

    12pm - lunch

    1pm siesta

    2:30pm - "classic camp activities"

  • Sarah Polacco 

    Sarah has been a strength coach for over a decade and has coached hundreds of individuals to be their strongest self! Sarah sees fitness as a collaborative experience and loves working with people to find the style of movement practice that works best for them!

    Sarah's specialty is kettlebells and barbells, and is currently working on a Masters degree in Psychology at the Harvard Extension school. Sarah hopes to continue facilitating conversations about mental health in the fitness world for years to come!

  • Jen Clark

    Jen is a fitness professional and educator with over a decade of experience in the group fitness industry, teaching since 2012 across commercial, campus recreation, corporate, and community settings. She holds a masters degree in exercise science from Springfield College and multiple certifications, including ACE-GFI, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Spinning, TRX, Aquatic Fitness, & Functional Strength.


    She’s passionate about making fitness approachable, effective, and enjoyable for everyone! Her teaching style focuses on simplifying movement, building confidence, and helping participants feel successful regardless of their starting point. She believes fitness doesn’t need to be complicated to be impactful, consistency and strong fundamentals create lasting results!


    In addition to teaching classes, Jen works extensively in group fitness education, mentoring and developing new instructors to grow their skills and confidence. Right now, she manages the group fitness program and instructor development at UConn Recreation. Her goal is always the same: create an inclusive, supportive environment where people can move well and feel their best!

  • Bailee Ziolkowski

    A UMass Lowell grad with a degree in Exercise Science! Originally from Plainville, MA Bailee is a Seacoast local and a strength coach at Seacoast Strength & Conditioning.

    Bailee has an eclectic background as she was the Captain of the UML Women's Rugby Team and is now a line dancing professional! She loves helping people improve their lives through fitness. 

    You can usually find her taking care of all of the dogs, at a concert, teaching a line dancing class, and/or spending time with friends & family!

  • Ariel Wahl

    A lover of all movement, Ariel graduated with a degree in exercise science and health studies from Springfield College in 2015.

    Since 2015 Ariel has taught fitness classes at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort in the Berkshires, trained clients and other fitness professionals at Harvard Recreation, and is currently the Owner of Preventative Maintenance, a massage & stretch therapy recovery studio in Portsmouth, NH.

    Ariel's skills range from training clients from ages 12-84 to teaching in various fitness formats such as strength, cycle, yoga, kettlebells, pilates and more! Ariel is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been working with clients in that capacity since 2021.

    Ariel believes that fitness & movement is the key to longterm happiness & well-being and wants to empower all bodies to find the movement practice that works for them.
