Managing Broker of the Year Nomination Form

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Nominee must be a member in good standing of the Metro South Asociation of REALTORS® from January 1 through December 31, 2025 (Qualifying Year). Nominees will be judged based on the following criteria:

1. Managing Broker Spirit (10%): High principles, faithfulness to laws and regulations, faithfulness to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, faithfulness to MSAR. Furtherance of principles of good real estate practice among other brokers and the general public.
2. Civic Involvement (10%): Civic and service clubs involvement outside the normal scope of nominee's business, charitable activities, political involvement, fraternal or religious groups, military service, school and community involvement, and other board/association involvement, etc.
3. Business Accomplishments (10%): Recognized accomplishments, education, licenses held, designations, certifications, awards, leadership training, etc.
4. MSAR, State, & National Involvement (70%): Local, state, and national participation in leadership, committee work, special assignments (PAGs, Task Forces, Subcommittees.) List all service to the REALTOR® organization and cause.

Upon nomination, MSAR will send the nominee an application form to collect the information listed above. You may self-nominate. All nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm on February 23, 2026.
