Team Nomination Form

Games:

• Thursday nights at Trinity South Hall
• Start times at 6:00pm, 7:00pm, and 8:00pm
• 10-minute warm-up and 50 minutes of gameplay
• Best of 5 sets (subject to time limit, with finals being untimed)
• Minimum 4 players on court

Fees:

• $60 registration fee (redeemable as your first game fee)
• $60 per round
• Payable week to week OR pay for the full season upfront and get 10% off!

Season:

• 14-week season, from 21/08 to 20/11
• Semi-final on 27/11
• Grand Final on 4/12

Prize Pool (to be allocated to grades shortly):

• $1,750 cash
• $400 of Angle Vale Tavern vouchers
• Patriots merch - jumpers, t-shirts, mugs & totes
• Lost & Found t-shirts
• 7.5% Patriots player fee SAVL 2026 discount
• 5% Patriots player fee SAVL 2026 discount

Terms:

• Inability to field at least four players at match start will result in a forefeit
• $60 forefeit fee
• Players must hold a valid VSA membership
• Any disputes, injuries or complaints must be reported to Arena Manager

Payment

There is a $60 registration fee per team (redeemable on first game).

Payment can be made:

• on a weekly basis - $60 per round, for 14 rounds ($840 incl. reg); or
• upfront for a discount of 10% ($750 incl. reg)

Both payment options can be made either at the venue or online, in cash or via PayID bank transfer.
