  • We're excited to welcome you to the updated PDP. We've made some improvements based on your valuable feedback. These updates aim to make navigating and completing your PDP easier and more user-friendly.

    Key instructions

    Enter Your Email Address Accurately: Please ensure you enter your correct email address. This is crucial for receiving notifications, accessing your PDP, and receiving any communication related to your PDP.

    Save Your Progress: To avoid losing your work, utilise the "Save" button. This allows you to exit the PDP and return later to continue your entries.

    Submit Your Form: Once you have completed your PDP, click the "Submit" button.

    Access and edit

    Email is Key: After submitting your PDP, you will receive an email with a unique link. Please save this email, as you will use this link to access and edit your PDP throughout its duration.

    Continuous Updates: This is a "live document." Regularly review and update your PDP to reflect on your progress, achievements, and any changes to your professional development goals.

  • I agree that the goals and strategies set are fair and reasonable and will allow me to: 

    • continually enhance my performance as an Early Childhood Professional,  
    • contribute to the service’s overall Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), 
    • reflect the service's philosophy,
    • build my understanding of the National Quality Framework Standards, and further my practice and pedagogy as an Early Childhood Professional, 
    • identify and undertake the relevant Professional Development. 

    I agree that I will share a summary of my PDP Goals with the Educational Leader in my primary service, to ensure they are able to support me through this PDP cycle.

    I agree to review my PDP often throughout the year and provide a brief mid cycle and end of cycle self-evaluation for each goal.

    I agree to keep a log of all Professional Development, which includes a short reflection that explains how the Professional Development supported/or didn't support me in my learning. I will also link these to my goals where possible.
