Black Women in Food Summit Marketplace Vendor Application - Waitlist
For the third year in a row, the Black Women in Food Summit will be held on April 25-26, 2025. The event is an exclusive opportunity for Black women entrepreneurs in the food and beverage industry to connect, learn and find opportunities for professional growth. This year, we're calling all vendors to showcase their brands, connect with like-minded professionals, and gain exposure to a passionate and engaged audience of over 150 attendees. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of an inspiring community, expand your customer base, and elevate your business in a high-energy environment!
The Marketplace will be held in Washington, DC on Friday, April 25th.
Vendors will be able to provide samples/tastings of food products.
Vendor fees are $250 to $350, depending on placements. Final pricing and placement details will be provided upon selection.
The deadline for applications is February 23, 2025.

Submitting this application does not guarantee selection as a vendor. Due to space limitations, vendors will be selected based on a variety of factors, including product fit and availability. Selected vendors will be notified with next steps after the application deadline.
