Read & Ascend Learning Center Registration Policy
By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Tuition Payment: I agree to pay the full tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year.
Child Behavior: I accept responsibility for the behavior of my child(ren) while on the premises of Read & Ascend Learning Center and its surrounding facilities. I understand that failure to respect school property or staff may result in suspension or dismissal, at the discretion of the administration.
Liability: I agree not to hold Read & Ascend Learning Center, its administration, or staff liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur on the school’s premises.
Medical Emergency: I grant permission for Read & Ascend faculty and administration to act in the best judgment in the event of a medical emergency. I will be notified as soon as possible regarding any illness, accident, or emergency involving my child, and I will be responsible for the cost of any necessary treatment.
Photographs and Videos: I consent to Read & Ascend Learning Center staff photographing or videotaping my child during class, school activities, and events. I understand that these photos and videos may be used on the school’s website, Facebook, and Instagram.
Absences and Withdrawals: I understand that no deductions will be made for my child’s absence or withdrawal from Read & Ascend Learning Center, unless two months' notice is provided. Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Returned Checks: I acknowledge that any returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
