General membership is the default starting point. Students are welcome to join and participate at their own pace — with no expectation to pursue awards, fundraise, or take on leadership roles. For those who wish to take on more responsibility, we recommend the Leadership Initiative.

Every new member receives a welcome package in the mail to start their outreach journey. Your support helps us recognize and inspire kids of all ages to lead compassionate lives both on and off the stage.
