Black Friday Black Market: Supporting Minority-Owned Businesses

The Black Friday Black Market is a dynamic small business expo dedicated to spotlighting and supporting minority-owned businesses and organizations in our community. In light of recent rollbacks on DEI initiatives, it is more important than ever to invest in and uplift our own.

This event provides a platform for minority entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services, connect with new customers, and build valuable networks. By coming together, we can create economic opportunities, celebrate diversity, and ensure the long-term success of businesses that are vital to our community’s growth.

This event will be held Friday, November 28 location to be announced at a later date. This will be a ticketed event.

I understand that my table location is up to the sole discretion of the organizers. the undersigned hereby applies for exhibit space at the Festival and is authorized to complete this contract. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the event and of this contract and all regulations contained in the event venue agreement; copies provided upon request.*

The Vendor hereby holds harmless, Swanked Soiree, Danielle Urena, Owner of Venue: (Private venue), Black Market Expo, and its subsidiaries, contractors, vendors and all other parties related to the production of the event. The vendor accepts 100% of liability arising out of any legal action as related to services, products, demonstrations, or services offered by the vendor. Vendor also releases the above mentioned from any legal action or disputes arising out of the vendors participation in the event.*

I understand that there is no refund for cancellations unless cancelled by host. The festival will operate in inclement weather and refunds will not be refunded due to acts of God. Vendors will receive vendor space at choice of upcoming events only if due to an Act of God. If the event is cancelled by host or for any other reason a full refund will be made to each vendor minus transaction fees.*
