  • The information provided on this form will be used by the ACT Committee to select participants for the college campus residency program. The program is geared towards middle or high school students (ages 14 - 18) that are interested in exploring careers in accounting, finance, IT and other business related disciplines. It is important that you give complete details concerning your career/college plans, activities and financial information.

    There is a registration fee of $25.00 for students who are accepted. The deadline to submit the application is June 15, 2025. Residency participants slots are limited and are based on a first signed up basis. Selected participants will be notified no later than June 22, 2025.

    List name of club, etc. and years of participation. If you volunteered, list the name of organization and the number of hours, weeks and years that you volunteered. If you worked, list the company, hours per week and length of time. Attach an additional sheet or resume if necessary.

  • RECOMMENDATION LETTER GUIDELINES

    Each application should include 2 recommendation letters. Each letter must be written by an adult who has known the applicant for a minimum of 2 years personally, professionally and/or as a community leader. The purpose of the letter is to gather additional information about the applicant to determine which students will be best served by the program. It would helpful for the letter to include any other comments that would help in evaluation of this applicant for acceptance in the the ACT program, including discussion of the student's character, career aspirations, extracurricular activities, etc. Attach additional pages if necessary. Please make sure the letter includes the student's school, grade, and how long you have known the student. The person preparing the letter should include their title (if applicable), signature and email address.
