  • Please be advised that submission of the questionnaire does not guarantee acceptance into the Pet Protection Program. A staff member will reach out to you within 72 hours to gather any additional information needed. If we are able to accept your pet, we will set an appointment for you and your animal to come in to Kitsap Humane Society to complete the intake and surrender process. Your animal will be altered, vaccinated, and microchipped as needed before being placed in foster care. The initial term limit for the Pet Protection Program is 45 days with extensions granted dependent circumstance and foster availability.
