To get started, simply complete the request form below, sharing your preferences, the occasion, and any special details you'd like to include. Our mission is to transform your space into a magical, unforgettable setting filled with love and charm! Important Information to Note:Setup & Cleanup Times: Decorating typically takes 2-3 hours, depending on your package. We’ll also need an hour post-event to clean up before checkout. Travel Costs: A transportation fee applies outside Kingston. For locations beyond that, a $2-per-mile fee will be added.Additional Fees: Some hotel locations may charge a $30 parking fee. House calls have an additional $50 charge due to factors like ceiling heights, layouts, wall materials, and varying setup times.Booking Policy: Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance. For the best availability, we recommend booking early. The deadline to place orders for Valentine’s Day or that weekend is February 10, 2025. Payment Details:A 25% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before your event.Payments are accepted via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable as we begin processing your order immediately.If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your final payment can be applied to a new date at no extra cost.
