To begin the registration process, you must possess the HKC Pre-Printed Puppy Application, supplied by your breeder. In the absence of this application, you will need to register your puppy through our Canine Registration system. This online registration application is designed for registering a puppy/dog acquired from a Heritage Kennel Club-Registered Breeder. For optimal access, it is recommended to use a laptop, computer, or tablet.

I apply to the Heritage Kennel Club to have a certified Heritage Registration Certificate issued in my name. I certify that I acquired this dog on the date stated above directly from the Breeder/Litter Owner and have authority to submit this application in my name. By submitting this application, I acknowledge that if the Limited box selected on this application has been selected by the breeder it will grant me a certified limited Heritage Pedigree. I agree to adhere to all Rules, Policies, and Standards set forth by the Heritage Kennel Club (HKC), which reserves the right to modify or revoke the registration of this dog for justifiable reasons. I understand that registration is not guaranteed, processing fees are nonrefundable, and may change without notice. Once submitted, this application becomes the property of the HKC. Applications will be processed in the order received after payment clearance, which must be made in U.S. currency.
