Delta Smart Community Fridge Donation Form

The Delta Smart Community Fridge is located at 1955 74th Ave., Baton Rouge, LA 70807. It provides access to free perishable and non-perishable food and essential items to the food insecure or unhoused in the northern part of East Baton Rouge Parish. There are two additional community fridges on the campus of Southern University.
