By completing this form, you are initiating the sponsorship onboarding procedure. This form collects important information about your organization, which will be used to prepare your invoice and track the fulfillment of your sponsorship benefits.
We are excited to have you as a sponsor of Rhode Island Pride! This year we have updated the sponsorship onboarding procedure to streamline and simplify the process. Formal sponsorship contracts are now only required for sponsors at the Orange level (+$10,000) and above. We ask that all sponsors read the sponsorship terms below.
Billing - once your sponsorship registration form has been reviewed, you will receive an invoice to the email address you provided (generally within 48-72 hours). Invoices are payable by check, credit card, or ACH. Checks should be made payable to Rhode Island Pride and mailed to PO Box 1082 Providence, RI 02901. Invoices are billed NET30 by default. 50% deposit must be received by June 1, 2024 for sponsors to continue receiving sponsorship benefits and remain on event publications.
Vendor & Parade Registration - sponsors must complete the vendor and/or parade registration form to be able to receive that benefit. This allows us to collect important information about your participation. Please select “sponsorship” as the registration type. Registration deadline: May 16, 2025.
Vendor & Parade Assignments - specific details such as booth and staging location will be shared with sponsors roughly about 3 weeks prior to the event. Insurance - all festival and parade participants (including sponors) are required to have a COI listing Rhode Island Pride as additionally insured.
Sponsor Logos - providing a logo to be used for recognition is the responsibility of the sponsor. sponsors should either upload their logo during the registration process or email the logo to sponsors@prideri.com by May 16, 2025. We ask that sponsors provide a high-resolution image file (ex. .png, jpg, jpeg) with a transparent background and/or a vector file (ex. .eps, .ai, .pdf).
Advertising - sponsors are responsible for providing ready-to-use artwork for any advertising benefits associated with their sponsorship level. All artwork must be received no later than May 15, 2024. PDF is the preferred format with fonts outlined or packaged.

TRIM AND BLEED: The “trim” is the size of your ad as it will appear in the magazine. The “bleed” includes a .125” margin on all sides required to place and print your ad. The bleed is not visible once the magazine is printed—all live text and images in your ad must be within the trim dimensions, while background images or colors must extend to the bleed dimensions. All ads must have a .125” bleed on all four sides. We cannot print your ad without it. We also recommend to keep live text .25” from trim dimensions (a “safety” margin). Crop marks, targets, etc. are not required.
