All programs are cancelled during the week of Easter Break (from Apr 19 to 27, 2025). In the event of further cancellations due to booking unavailability, missed dates will be added to subsequent weeks if possible.

  The WCA is registered for AutoDeposit, so you should not need to set up an e-Transfer password. If you are still prompted for a password, please use wildwood.

  Families seeking financial assistance are highly encouraged to pay the $15 WCA household membership fee as well as the portion of program fees that they can afford. These may be paid via e-Transfer to treasurer@ourwildwood.ca.

  KidSport application process:
  1. Apply for assistance through KidSport: KidSport Website
  2. Submit your WCA program registration (click Submit below)
  3. Notify us at treasurer@ourwildwood.ca when you receive your KidSport application result (regardless of whether it was approved or denied).
  Since KidSport generally only covers sports programs, non-sports program fees will need to be covered by you or another method of financial assistance.
  
  Families seeking financial assistance are highly encouraged to pay the $15 WCA household membership fee as well as the portion of program fees that they can afford. These may be paid via e-Transfer to treasurer@ourwildwood.ca.
- Fine Print
  
  Refund Policy: Contact treasurer@ourwildwood.ca to request a refund. Membership fees are non-refundable. For program fees, full refunds are given if a class or program is cancelled by WCA. A $5 processing fee will be charged for program withdrawals, and the refund value is based on withdrawal request timing:
  - 100% refund if withdrawn prior to beginning of program
  - 50% refund if 50% or less of the program has
    been completed
  - No refund issued if greater than 50% of program has been completed.
  Cost as a Barrier: WCA offers cost-as-a-barrier assistance to those facing financial hardship in an effort to ensure that all Wildwood residents who want to participate in a program are able to. All inquiries are kept confidential. Please contact membership@ourwildwood.ca for information on this program.
