Policies
Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders can’t be started without a deposit. If needed, deposits may be transferred one time only.
Pick Up
Please arrive at the time we discussed and just send me a quick message if you’re running late or need to adjust your pickup time. I don’t charge any late fees, but if I’m unavailable after your original pickup time, we’ll simply reschedule for a later time that works best for you.
Delivery
I offer delivery for a fee. I’ll keep you updated along the way and let you know when I’m getting close. Please try to be ready around the time we discussed—there’s a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled time. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Remaining Balance
For orders over $40, the remaining balance is due 24 hours before the pickup date. If for any reason you’re unable to pay by then, please let me know so we can work something out. For orders under $40, the remaining balance can be paid either 24 hours before or on the day of pickup.
Refunds
I don’t offer refunds unless I’m responsible for the inconvenience. If you’re unable to pick up your order and I’m not able to deliver it, the full payment will still be required. Please note that failure to complete payment may result in being unable to place future orders. I truly appreciate your understanding and support—it helps me continue providing the best service possible for everyone!
