• Letter A: CR1 Entries / Member Rebuttal Form

    Separate Rebuttal Statement
  • When an employee is coached and counseled resulting in a CR1 entry, the employee can submit a separate rebuttal to the CR1 entry, sign and date it and it will be attached to the Company's electronic recording system (e.g., Emanager or any successor system).

    The employee will be provided a photocopy of the related CR1 documentation and a copy will be sent to the employee's Company email address.

    As always, the employee has the prerogative of reviewing the CR1 entry and providing any additional information desired.
