Your privacy is our priority. This statement outlines how we collect, store, and use the limited information provided through the Strategic Personality Blueprint (CPAR) form.
1. Information We Collect
When completing the SPB form, we collect only the following information:
Name (optional): If you choose to provide it.
Email Address: Used for delivering your SPB report and communicating with you regarding your submission.
Personality Assessment Results and Stated Goals and Challenges: Includes personality types and insights (e.g., DiSC, Big Five, Enneagram, and VIA Character) provided upon your completion of provider assessments at respective sites, Truity and VIA, as well as any additional assessment results provided by you and your stated goals, emotions, and struggles.
Gender, Age Range, Race, and Job Title (all optional): If you choose to provide them.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely to:
Generate your personalized Strategic Personality Blueprint report.
Customize strategies, recommendations, and insights specific to your results.
Contact you regarding your SPB, if necessary, or to update you regarding promotions.
Training the intelligent systems platform and algorithms.
Your information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes.
3. How Your Information Is Stored
We ensure your data is securely stored and protected.
Data is saved on password-protected systems accessible only to authorized personnel.
Email addresses and personality data are kept separate from any optional identifiers like your name.
We implement security measures such as encryption during transmission and secure storage protocols.
Your data will be retained for a maximum of [12 months] after your SPB report is delivered, unless you request earlier deletion.

You have the right to:
Access your data upon request.
Request corrections to any inaccuracies in your provided information.
Request the deletion of your data at any time.

Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement
By purchasing the Strategic Personality Blueprint (SPB) (formerly CPAR), you agree to the following terms:
1. Confidentiality: The contents of the SPB are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or disclose any part of the report, in whole or in part, to any third party without prior written permission from Pebblebrook Wellness, Integrative Mindset Solutions.
2. Limited License: You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the SPB for personal use only. Any commercial use, resale, or distribution of the report is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:
All original content, including but not limited to the analysis, structure, and strategies provided in the Strategic Personality Blueprint (SPB), remain the exclusive property of Pebblebrook Wellness, Integrative Mindset Solutions. The SPB may include brief summaries of third-party assessment results (e.g., Myers-Briggs, DiSC, Enneagram, The Big 5, VIA Character Strengths, Core Values, CliftonStrengths, and The 5 Love Languages) provided by the client, which are paraphrased and uniquely interpreted by Pebblebrook Wellness, who also creates actionable strategies. The client acknowledges that the original assessment content and reports are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the SPB or its contents may result in legal action.
4. No Reverse Engineering: You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer the SPB in any form for personal or commercial purposes.
5. Legal Consequences: Any breach of this agreement will result in immediate termination of your license to use the report, and you may be subject to legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages.
