Travel and Honorarium Details:
For long distance travel, we ask that you would cover roundtrip economy airfare, hotel, rental car (including fuel costs), and meals for the duration of the ministry trip.

Events are considered local if they are within one hour drive time of Edmonton. If the event is local, we just ask that you would cover gas, the daily food allowance, and hotel if applicable.

Our team always aims to find the most cost effective reliable airline tickets to honor your budget. If possible, we would prefer that our team book the travel, make the hotel and rental car arrangements, and then send an invoice after the event.

For honorarium in addition to travel costs: Please know your invitation is received with so much gratitude and Pastor Brett and Pastor Desiree are so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of your ministry outreach. It is also important for our team to determine if the pay being offered is sustainable for Pastor Brett and Desiree's ministry and time away from their family. (This is determined in part by the number and length of speaking sessions requested, if writing new material as well as days of travel and how many days of child care will be needed.)
