PRECIOUS METAL GALA 2025

The Myer Community Fund Precious Metal Gala is taking place on Friday 22nd August.  Over the past 18 years, we have raised a staggering $15million to support people in need.  The scale of this charitable impact and success of the event would not be possible without the support of our generous partners who provide in kind donations and patronage at the event. 

This year, funds raised at the Precious Metal Gala will support vulnerable children and young people living in foster care through our principal charity beneficiary The Pyjama Foundation and Myer Community Fund charity partners. 

We ask for your generous support through the donation of product, service, or experience for use in the live/silent auctions and fundraising activities at the 2025 Precious Metal Gala to raise vital funds.

To donate an item, service, or experience for fundraising, please complete this form. 

Please complete and return the In-Kind Donation Form at your earliest convenience or by Friday 27th June 2025.

We kindly request the minimum retail value of $300. We do not have a maximum limit.

 

To complete the In-Kind Donation Form you will need to include:

Quantity, name of donated item/s, item description & value of donation

Nb. The ‘item description’ should be as you want the donated item promoted, ie. suitable from a brand/marketing perspective.

 

Once we receive your form we will contact you via email to request:

1. Your company logo

2. Image of your donated item/s (to use for marketing purposes)

3. We will provide delivery details, for you to send your donated item/s to us
