  • Housing Block & Meeting Space Request

    This form provides groups the opportunity to request a housing block and to request meeting space at SmileCon® 2025 in Washington D.C.
  • Groups wishing to obtain a housing block or meeting space in conjunction with SmileCon must first obtain approval from ADA. Requests must be approved in advance by ADA and organizers should not reach out to hotels directly. If you have any questions, please contact Dana Almdale at almdaled@ada.org.

    House of Delegates Meetings 1-3 will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Allen Y. Lew Place, Washington, DC, 20001.

    Business Meetings, Reference Committee Hearings and District Caucuses will be held at the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC located at 901 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington DC, 20001.

    Requests are only for blocks of 10 rooms or more rooms.

  • Housing Block Deadlines
    Housing block requests are due to the ADA by Wednesday, February 26.
    ADA will confirm your block by Friday, March 21.

    Housing blocks are only for requests of 10 or more rooms.

    Once your group's housing block is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter that includes your group code. This is to be distributed to the individuals booking housing in your block. The group code allows your group members to see your specific housing block when booking their housing.

    *Please note, all individuals need to register for SmileCon in order to book housing within their group's housing block. Housing is booked when registering for SmileCon.

  • Select Hotel Preference

    The ADA hotels are listed in the drop downs below with the negioated ADA rate. Please provide your top 3 preferences. ADA will make all efforts to put your group at the first preferred hotel.

    Groups needing meeting space: if you are also requesting meeting space, you will do this in the next section of the form. Please note, not all hotels listed below have meeting space available. If your group is comfortable with your meeting space and hotel block being at separate properties, please note that in the comments.

    The hotels with available meeting space are: Marriott Marquis Washington, DC and the Westin DC Downtown.

    Suites are on a first-come, first-serve basis. ADA will email you in May with further information.

  • ADA provides affiliate groups with complimentary space at select hotels to hold events and meetings. Functions are only permitted during the hours that do not conflict with official SmileCon events.

    Below are the times that groups are allowed to hold functions. To see the SmileCon schedule of events, please scroll back to the first page. 

    This form allows groups to request space for up to 8 functions. If you groups has more than 8, please email Dana Almdale at almdaled@ada.org with the additional space requested.
