Complete this form to express your interest in Young Change Agents and Em-Power Foundation delivering a 2-day fully funded and culturally immersive First Nations Native Food Innovators program. This program also includes and additional 2-day Youth Incubator (YINC) for selected teams from each school. Each program has a minimum requirement of 20 First Nations students and 2 educators. Up to 5 educators can participate in the program, with each participating educator gaining access to Young Change Agents Entrepreneurial Learning Hub! The program includes a 2-day incursion style workshop run over 2 consecutive days at your school. Can you accommodate this opportunity?
What date would you be able to run the incursion element of the program?
How many First Nations students do you expect to take part? Please note that the minimum participation number is 20 students (please note that if you are below the student numbers, we can look at ways to overcome this).
The program includes a 2-day excursion style Youth Incubator (YINC) opportunity for selected teams. The YINC will be held at UNI SA on September 9-10. Participating in the YINC is a requirement of the program and transport will need to be organised by the school. Can you facilitate this opportunity?
At least TWO educators will be required to participate in the incursion, and ONE to TWO educators will need to be present for the YINC excursion. Can you facilitate this?
