Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and timely completion of the amended tax return(s), you agree to:

Provide all necessary tax documents, records, and supporting information.
Disclose all relevant tax-related details, including prior amendments or notices received.
Review the completed tax return(s) and approve them before submission.
Fees and Payment
Our fees for tax amendment services are based on the complexity of the return and the time required for completion. The agreed-upon fee for this service is $350 and up, payable as follows:
Additional charges may apply for unforeseen complexities or additional services requested beyond the original scope.

We do not guarantee IRS acceptance of amendments or the outcome of any potential audits or reviews.

Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable tax laws and professional standards.

Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing at any time. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for any accrued fees for work completed up to the termination date.
