Liability and Cancelation Policy
I, the undersigned participant, or, as the legal guardian of the participant named above, and if applicable, the owner of the dog named above, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in dog training sessions offered by Centred Canine:
- Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in dog training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury to persons or property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the participation of myself and/or my dog in the training sessions.
- Health and Safety: I certify that my dog is in good health and that all behaviours including aggression have been disclosed. I agree to notify Centred Canine of any changes in my dog's health or behaviour that may affect its ability to participate safely in the training sessions.
- Conduct and Control: I agree to maintain control of my dog at all times during the training sessions. I understand that Centred Canine may, at its sole discretion, ask me to remove my dog from the training sessions if required.
- Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Centred Canine, its instructors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising out of my participation or the participation of my dog in the training sessions.
- Photographic Release: I grant permission for Centred Canine to use photographs or videos taken during the training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
Cancelation Policy
Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled consultation or training session, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up. Cancelations made within 1 hour of the scheduled service are considered no shows. Refunds will not be provided for services rendered.
