Hi! Just some info before you go to town on that form. Please note that I only offer maintenance and cleanings and MINOR repairs. I will absolutely take a look at your machine no matter what, but these manufacturers are incredibly proprietary, and do everything in their power to ensure only certified technicians have the tools and information needed to perform anything beyond basic maintenance (some manufacturers more than others [I'm looking at you, Bernina 👀])
That being said, about 90% of "broken" machines can be brought back to life with a little love and without having to involve the expensive officials. And there will be no charge for a machine I can't get to work, so let's give it a shot, yeah?

I am almost always able to finish a machine by the next day, but sometimes things come up. If you have any time constraints, please let me know ahead of time so we can figure out our best approach.
