Important Information About Weekly Sign-Ups
Please note that weekly sign-ups are open for four days, but they operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we reach our maximum capacity, sign-ups will close immediately, even if it is before the standard Thursday deadline.

To ensure your spot, we encourage you to sign up as early as possible once the form becomes available.

BEN-ID#

Beneficiary ID Number (can be found within the registration confirmation email you receive once you have successfully registered. If you do not have a Beneficiary ID#, you must be registered with us in order to assigned one.

Pickup Time

Important: For pickup of your food basket, proof of identification may be required.

For the safety and confidentiality of all our beneficiaries, we require proof of identification for food basket pickup. You may be asked to provide one of the following forms of government-issued ID:

Driver's license
Medicare card
Other government-issued identification (at the discretion of Bountiful Blessings staff)

This is a necessary security measure to ensure that food baskets are distributed to the intended recipients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
