Set amongst ideal shooting country in Scotland, with truly spectacular scenery, Simulated Game Shooting offers a complete and unforgettable shooting experience. Our shooting days are similar in ways to clay pigeon shooting, though our drives consist of grouse, pheasant and high pheasant – which all follow the path of live game.

For groups of 8 to 16, we replicate the atmosphere of the real-thing as closely as possible – from drawing the pegs until the end of the day.

We offer a range of different simulated game days and half days to test your shooting skills – this really is the nearest you will come to shooting game.

If required, cartridges, instructors, loaders and guns are all available at an extra cost for your simulated game day. 

Safety policy
It is important that we are made aware of novice or inexperienced guns, as they will require an instructor.
Any novice or inexperienced gun without an instructor will not be able to shoot.
We can supply instructors at an additional cost.

Insurance
Please can you ensure you have sufficient insurance. If not, this is available from BASC and CPSA.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are considered on an individual basis, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, though this cannot be guaranteed.

Syndicate/Exclusive day shooting experience
 
Our full day simulated game shoot experiences are great for more experienced shooters but also for individuals looking for new activities and experience days in Scotland.

A total of five drives take place during the day – each in a different location, shot from pegs or butts. This will consist of 2500 – 5000 clay targets per day, depending on the number of guns, so expect to use a fair few cartridges on the day.

Priced at £285 per gun (inclusive of VAT).

We require a minimum of 8 participants and can accomodate up to 16-gun day.*

*A minimum charge of 8x£285 applies.

Itinerary
 
9:00am – Meet
The day begins with a get together at the Drummond estate’s period stone-built hall, where you will enjoy a bacon roll with tea and coffee. The shoot captain will discuss the day with you and explain all of the safety features. For those with no or limited shooting experience, we will have staff on hand to assist and advise you.

 
Three drives in the morning
Set in one of the spectacular parts of the Perthshire countryside, with truly stunning views, the drives will take place in woodland and open ground. After the second drive we have a light snack and refreshments.

 
Lunch
Enjoy a home cooked lunch within the welcoming atmosphere of the estate’s historic hall in front of the inviting open fire.

 
Two drives in the afternoon
A further two drives will take place in the afternoon as you continue to simulate the flight of game in the stunning Perthshire countryside.

 
Afternoon Tea
We will then return back to the estate’s hall to enjoy freshly baked cakes with tea or coffee.
