- You must be a member of Whitewater Ontario to access the Minden Whitewater Preserve. Registration options are included below.
- If you are registering as a family / group:
  - EACH RACER must complete a registration form.
  - Register the Primary Family Member first and select Family Membership if you are not a member of Whitewater Ontario.
  - When completing the Registeration for each additional member answer "Yes" when asked if they are a member of Whitewater Ontario. Enter "New Member" as a Membership Number
- All amounts are shown in Canadian currency.
- If you are using a US dollar credit card, your credit card company will complete the conversion from CND to USD.
- Camping for multiple people can be completed on a single registration form. Non-racers who are camping can register for camping without registering to race.
- Cancelation Policy:
  - 100% of Camping Fees are refundable at any time leading up to the event
  - Before June 15, 2025 - 100% of all event fees
  - Before July 1, 2025 - 90% of all event fees
  - Before August 1, 2025 - 50% of all event fees
  - After August 1, 2025 - 0% of event fee

I have READ THE ABOVE information regarding this online registrationI understand that in order to participate in the ACA Open Canoe Slalom National and North American Championships, taking place in Minden, Ontario on August 29-31, 2025 I will be required to sign multiple Releases of Liability (waivers) including but not limited to: the ACA Release of Liability, the Whitewater Ontario Release of Liability, and the Gull River Open Canoe Slalom Race Release of Liability.I understand that the above referenced Releases of Liability will be available for review on the event web page atleast 1 month prior to the event taking place allowing me the opportunity to review each release and seek legal council should I have questions or concerns with regards to the release(s).I understand that the Releases of Liability will be signed in person, onsite, in Minden, Ontario at the time of checkin to the ACA Open Canoe Slalom National and North American Championships

The Minden Whitewater Preserve is owned by Whitewater Ontario. Insurance stipulates that anyone participating in a organized event and / or camping at the Preserve be a member. The membership fee provides you, the individual accident insurance throughout the organized event in addition to including a river improvement fee (on water improvements for the Gull River), and a $5.00 fee that goes towards river access throughout Ontario.

The downriver races have been replaced with a Boater Cross style race event. The Boater Cross will see 5 boats start simultaneously and race for the finish line. A limited number of gates will be navigated (there is no penalty for a touch but a missed gate results in a DNF). The top 2 boats from each heat advance to the next round of races. The Boater Cross will begin on Friday morning with the finals taking place on Sunday. This is an OC1 event only with a Open and Woman's Category. The Full River Race will start near the dam and see boaters navigate Whitehorse Falls (class 4). The Half River Race will start below Whitehorse Falls (class 2-3).

CAMPING at Minden Whitewater Preserve

Camping fees are per person / per night. The fee has been set is $20.00 per night with a maximum of $100 for 5 or more nights (not to exceed 10 nights total). All individuals camping must be a member of a reconized paddling organization (ie. Whitewater Ontario, American Canoe Assoication, American Whitewater)
