    Special Event/Seasonal Event Sales Permit Application

    NOTE:

    • Example of Special Event: Outdoor Event, Food Truck
    • Example of Seasonal Event Sales: Outdoor Sales, Christmas Tree Sales, Tent Sales
    • Please allow at least 10 business days to process a permit application.
    • The permits are available to for-profits or non-for-profits. 
    • Events/Sales cannot be on public property, involve alcohol, or impact adjacent properties.

  • To obtain the Property Owner's signature, follow these steps:

     

    1. Click the "Save" button.

    2. Click the "Get Draft Link" icon.

    3. Paste the generated link into an email message addressed to the Property Owner.

     

    Ask the Property Owner to sign the document and save it. Once they’ve completed this, they should send the Draft Link back to you.

    No error or omission in either plans or application, whether said plans or application has been approved by the Community Development or not, shall permit or relieve the applicant from conducting this event in any other manner that provided for in all the ordinances of the Village of Algonquin relating thereto. The applicant having prepared and read this application and fully understanding the intent thereof declares that the statements made are true to the best ofhis/her ability, knowledge and belief. No refund of permit fees shall be issued.
