The Associazione Yacht Steward e Stewardess - ASSYSTEW intends to concretely support stewards and stewardesses through free consultancy on all aspects involving these professionals, from strictly professional and technical to psychological, as well as more personal ones, such as work-life balance, which is often so difficult in our sector. Therefore, the association's support will concern consultancy in multiple areas as first approach in legal, technical, psychological, communication and welfare matters. Whenever the needs shall be deepened, the support will be on charge.
